This one-bedroom, one-bath second-floor retreat offers beautiful mountain views and unbeatable slopeside access for year-round fun. Walk to mountaintop shops and restaurants, then relax with a functional kitchen, cable TV, and comfortable living space. Linens and towels are provided, and coin-operated laundry is just down the hall. Bonus: indoor hot tubs in the building!
Good to know
This space adopted a Darwin’s Fox - Travel with Purpose when you stay with us and assist in global efforts to help save this beautiful endangered species! This is an older condo complex; however, the location of condo is amazing! To clarify, the space is meant to serve the purpose of being able to enjoy being in a fabulous location to "hang your hat", sleep, and provide some of the conveniences of home by having a small kitchen space! Bottom level of Top of the World has a restaurant in winter season and snow ski lift tickets and equipment rental! Easy elevator access and luggage racks to transport your items up to your condo! Kitchen is outfitted with pots, pans, glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. to cook while on your mountain getaway! Comfy couch, living room chair, flat screen TV and high-top counter with stools! Coffee table is custom made by your host - if you have interest in custom made/live-edge furniture - let your host know!! Bathroom has shower/tub and Bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed! Linens & Towels included. There is no air conditioner in the space however there are ceiling fans and portable fan.

Other Details to Note
Spring & Summer is considered off season and Snowshoe shops and restaurants are all closed; however, it makes for a great time to come and disconnect! You and the deer just might be the only ones on the Mountain - nearest open stores are only a short 10 min drive located at the base of the mountain.

Relax after all this excitement at The Spa at Snowshoe....3,600 ft of PURE luxury! Everything you need is at the TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN! More then a dozen restaurants & pubs (hours vary depending on season)! Within walking distance from condo: Wildcat Provisions - small grocer/deli, Clothing shops at Mountain Lodge, Split Rock Pools! Raven Golf Club at the base of the mountain and boathouse ! Snowshoe is located in the "National Radio Quiet Zone" created to minimize interference with our neighbors at the Green Bank Observatory. Home to the largest steerable telescope in the world, the Green Bank Telescope studies our solar system as well as distant galaxies and stars! Because of this marvel of modern science, cell phone coverage is limited in the area! AT&T provides only service on the mountain - cell service is strongest in the Village area. The whole condo is for your enjoyment (with exception to the locked owners closet) in addition to coin operated washer and dryer down the hall (bring your own detergent!) Hot tub located in Top of the World building at ground level! Availability is based on the Top of the World building association.

ON MOUNTAIN SHUTTLE Whether you're shopping in the Village, or heading to Silver Creek for some night skiing, our FREE shuttle is here to get you to your next adventure. Sunday to Thursday from 10am to 6pm and Friday & Saturday from 10am to midnight. Whether you're shopping in the Village or swimming at the lake, we'll be glad to get you from one adventure to the next. To request a shuttle call three zero four five seven two five eight zero eight. Shuttles run approximately every 20 minutes - no need to call and arrange a pick up during Winter Months! Summer Hours 8:00am - 6:00pm Sunday - Thursday 8:00am - 12:00pm Friday & Saturday
