Windows throughout with blinds that retract to let in all the natural light you desire OR lower whatever you choose for privacy! BONUS - The roof top deck is the perfect place to retreat to be outside to catch some fresh air or enjoying live music that may be playing on Charley's Lawns. Bathhouse on-land is located steps away from your slip with spacious private tile shower, toilet and sink!

Dingy is not part of the rental. Remember - nature around the water includes spiders - they will often weave their webs at night on the outside railings. They are easy to Knock down in the morning and are just part of living on the water! Due to freezing temperatures in the winter months the marina will winterize the hoses and therefore water onboard will be limited to the toilet use only. Running water is accessible in the bathhouses located off the restaurant just steps away from the boat!
