The upstairs unit is separate from the downstairs unit (equipped with a wet bar, mini fridge, pool table, master bedroom with king bed, full bathroom, & access to the pool) & is not accessible by interior stairs. It is accessible by a private entrance on the ground floor & is great for some private sleeping arrangements within the group.

Age requirement to book is 25. Guest that books must be staying at the space. Host is allowed per AirBNB to request IDs at booking and onsite at property of all guests.
