Spacious driveway, walk up one flight of stairs or utilize the outdoor elevator for easy access to the main living area. As you enter you lead into the living room, dining room, and well stocked kitchen. All three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are also located on this level. Spacious deck with gas grill, water fountain, bird house and lots of outdoor seating on the balcony/deck or even dine outdoors! Walk down one flight of inside stairs to ground level where game room and third bathroom is located. You can exit ground level out to backyard patio with gas fire place and patio that sits along the canal. Hanging hammock chairs on the lower level patio to provide you with front row seating to the sunset! BONUS - dock your boat in the backyard!

Age requirement to book is 25. Guest that books must be staying at the space. Host is allowed per Airbnb to request IDs at booking and onsite at property of all guests. This is a family friendly space and not a space for guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied with their parents.
